3. Eligibility

To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are using Klarna's Buy Now, Pay Later service, you must meet Klarna's own eligibility criteria, which require you to be at least 18 years of age and a UK resident.

4. Products & Pricing

As an independent reseller, our prices reflect current market demand, product availability, and sourcing costs. Prices may differ from the manufacturer's original recommended retail price.

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate. The price you see is the price you pay — there are no additional taxes, fees, or surcharges at checkout. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings and photographic lighting. We aim to represent products as accurately as possible.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your basket. Your order is subject to acceptance by us.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract between you and EPIC-KICK LTD is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

All orders are subject to stock availability. Due to the limited-edition nature of many of our products, we cannot guarantee that an item will remain available between the time you add it to your basket and the time you complete checkout.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Klarna.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe), which is fully PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details on our servers at any time.

If you choose to pay via Klarna, you can split your payment into 3 interest-free instalments or pay within 30 days. Klarna's terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria apply. Full details are available at klarna.com.

Payment is taken at the time of order for all payment methods except Klarna Pay Later, where payment is due within 30 days of purchase in accordance with Klarna's terms.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Bristol, United Kingdom. We offer the following shipping options:

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. EPIC-KICK LTD is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

8. Your Consumer Rights

9. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. We offer free returns on all UK orders.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

10. Product Authenticity

All products sold by EPIC-KICK LTD are 100% genuine. We source exclusively from authorised distributors, licensed wholesalers, and verified retail channels. Every item undergoes a multi-point quality inspection covering packaging, product codes, material quality, and labelling before dispatch.

If you receive a product that you believe to be inauthentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return collection, conduct a re-inspection, and issue a full refund or replacement if the product is confirmed inauthentic.

11. Your Account

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@epickick.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in any manner that may harm our business or other customers.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.

14. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these terms, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you are a consumer resident in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
