At Epic Kick, we ship all orders using secure, fully tracked delivery services. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During busy periods such as new releases or sale events, processing may take up to 5 working days.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details as soon as your order leaves our facility.

United Kingdom

UK Shipping Options:

Free UK Standard Shipping (orders £120.00 and above): 3-5 working days
Express Insured Shipping (tracked and insured): 1-2 working days, £5.99
Premium Next Day Delivery (order before 2pm): Next working day, £9.99

All UK deliveries include tracking as standard. Premium Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

European Union

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Standard International (tracked delivery): 5-10 working days, £14.99

International

United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, and other selected destinations.

Standard International (tracked delivery): 7-14 working days, £23.99

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.

Epic-Kick LTD has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order if you are unsure about potential fees.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with full tracking regardless of the shipping method selected. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.

You can also check your order status at any time by logging in to your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.

If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at support@epickick.co.uk and we will provide your tracking details.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempt

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Please follow the carrier's instructions to arrange redelivery. If you continue to experience issues, contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@epickick.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Epic-Kick LTD is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will attempt to update the address before dispatch.
